How to Complete the Presentation of Your Corporate Documentation.

16 February 2018

To complete the professional image of the document, we must also give great consideration to the vehicle in which this information is delivered. What a shame it would be to go to all this trouble; to design and print beautiful documents, brochure, flyers etc, and just plonk them into a standard white ring binder from the local stationer. Sure those binders are great – for internal use, but is there anything more deflating to your impression of a business’s professionalism than being presented with a basic insert binder with an A4 sheet of paper floating around in the cover?

Is there anything more deflating to your impression of a business’s professionalism than being presented with a basic insert binder with an A4 sheet of paper floating around in the cover?

So let’s explore some ways to make your documents ooze professionalism….

Beautifully Budget Conscious

An insert binder is still a good option – with one simple change.  Make the insert card bigger!  Make the card at least big enough to fill the cover and/or spine space.  Choosing an option like this will also make it easy to save more by buying the covers in bulk, and decorating as required.

Seal the Deal!

Often referred to as card encapsulation, this option allows a printed card to be fixed inside the protective shell of the binder; which can produce an almost ‘wrapped’ look.

Stick it!

Striking and cost effective outcomes can also be achieved by the placement of stickers.

Print Directly on the Plastic.

At Plastics Australia we have a number of ways to achieve a printed logo on our products.  The most popular choice is screen printing.  Not only is it economical and durable, it’s quite simple to create extremely striking products even with only one or two colour print.   <<include photos – block print / reverse print / see through poly >>

Four colour process, or CMYK print is also possible on both PVC and polypropylene, which results in a near photographic quality image.

Or for a glossy metallic finish – you can’t go past foil stamping.

Bling it!

Going for something super-special; totally individual; something to stand out from the crowd?

Increase the visual impact of your binder or folder with

  • specialty textured pvc’s,
  • add gold or silver corners
  • coloured ring fittings
  • luxurious padded covers
  • deboss print

The choices and combinations are almost endless – limited only by your imagination.
